Man Dies After Police Use Stun Gun In Brighton Park
(CBS) -- A Brighton Park man is dead after Chicago Police used a stun gun on him Saturday reports WBBM's Nancy Harty.
Police say Francisco Rocha, 41, was highly combative and aggressive in resisting officers who were trying to break up a fight between him and at least two other men.
News Affairs says officers were responding to a call about a disturbance at a home near 42nd and Richmond and used a stun gun Rocha after he began battering police.
He was taken to St. Anthony Hospital where he was pronounced dead just before 3 p.m.
The Independent Police Review Authority is investigating.
