Two Teens Shot In Avalon Park
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A 17-year-old girl and an 18-year-old woman were shot in the Avalon Park neighborhood early Friday.
The two were shot about 12:23 a.m. while they sat on a porch in the 8300 block of South Anthony Avenue, police said.
The 17-year-old was grazed by a bullet on her arm and lower leg, while the 18-year-old suffered a graze wound to the side of her torso, police said.
Both were taken to South Shore Hospital in good condition, police said.
