Man Killed In Back Of The Yards Shooting
(STMW) -- A man was shot to death in the Back of the Yards neighborhood late Friday.
About 10:45 p.m., the 36-year-old was found on the sidewalk in the 5400 block of South Damen with gunshot wounds to his head and thigh, police said. He was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he later died.
The Cook County medical examiner's offfice confirmed the death, but the man's identity was not released ealy Saturday.
