One Dead, One Wounded In Rogers Park Shooting
(STMW) -- One man was killed and another wounded Sunday night in a Rogers Park neighborhood shooting on the North Side.
The men, both 29, were shot in the 7400 block of North Ridge about 8:45 p.m., police said.
One man was shot in his abdomen in leg, police said.
He was taken to Saint Francis Hospital, where he later died, according to police and the Cook County Medical Examiner's office.
The other man was shot in the right leg and taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where his condition had stabilized, police said.
