Police: Man Found Shot Dead In South Shore
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man was found shot to death on the street in the South Shore neighborhood early Thursday, according to police.
The 25-year-old was found about 3:20 a.m. lying in the street in the 7800 block of South Jeffery Boulevard with a gunshot wound to his chest, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Cook County medical examiner's office could not immediately confirm the fatality.
