FBI Asks For Help Identifying Man In ISIS Video

(CBS) -- The day after a suburban teen faces a judge, accused of trying to fly to Syria to support terrorism, the FBI is waging war on ISIS.

They've created a "seeking information" poster about an unknown individual wearing a black mask. He's featured in an ISIS video and the agency wants you to hear his voice as well.

The man in the video alternates seamlessly between English and Arabic and the FBI says he has a North American accent.

Dozens of Americans are believed to be fighting for ISIS in Syria. The FBI is also looking for U.S. citizens traveling overseas to fight alongside terrorists. It cites two Chicago examples. One is a Chicago man who pleaded guilty to planning to travel to Somalia to join a terrorist group and on Saturday, the FBI picked up Mohamamed Hamzai Khan at O'Hare Airport, allegedly on his way to go fight with ISIS.

"It means they feel there's enough between the audio and video for someone to recognize them," said CBS 2 security consultant Ross Rice.
