Kirk Wants Tough Talk On Terrorism From Obama During State Of The Union

Kirk says what he wants to hear Obama say is that the United States is taking all steps possible to prevent terrorist attacks like the one that decimated the offices and murdered the staff of the satirical French magazine Charlie Hebdo earlier this month.
