Bears Hire Ben Wilkerson As Assistant O-Line Coach

(CBS) The Bears have hired Ben Wilkerson as their assistant offensive line coach, they announced Wednesday morning.

Wilkerson has four years of coaching experience at the high school and collegiate level and most recently worked at North Shore Senior High School in Houston. He previously worked for two seasons at Grambling State University as the offensive line coach.

Wilkerson played at LSU, where he started 41 games between 2001-'04.

The Bears also announced that former offensive line coach Pay Meyer and defensive quality control coach Chris Harris won't return to the staff in 2015.
