Police Asking For Public's Help In Finding Driver In NW Side Hit And Run

(CBS) Chicago police are asking for the public's help in finding a car involved in a hit and run on the Northwest Side last month.

Police say at approximately 6:25 p.m. on Feb. 24, a 55-year-old woman was struck by a car while crossing the street in the 3400 block of North Harlem. The woman sustained serious injuries and is in critical condition an area hospital. Police say the driver fled the scene.

Parts from a blue green pearl metallic colored 2000-2001 Toyota Camry were recovered on the crash scene, police said.
