Poll: Emanuel Jumps Ahead
(CBS) -- Both Chicago myoral candidates are downplaying the findings of a new poll showing Rahm Emanuel pulling well ahead of challenger Jesus "Chuy" Garcia.

The latest Chicago Tribune poll shows Emanuel favored by 51 percent of voters surveyed – a clear majority – versus 37 percent for Garcia. Eleven percent of voters said they were undecided.
The mayor is not gloating.
"I've seen public surveys come and go," he said Friday. "It doesn't change that you have to go out every day, earning peoples' support."
Garcia, a Cook County Commissioner, said he has his doubts about Tribune polls. Referring to the Feb. 24 primary, Garcia said a Tribune poll before that contest had him more than 10 points behind the level where he actually winded up, with 34 percent of the vote.
"That is all that I can say," he said.
Garcia is favored by most Latino voters, but about one-third said they'd vote for Emanuel, according to the latest poll.
It's different than a poll released over the weekend, conducted by Ogden & Fry, that indicated Emanuel has a slight edge, with nearly 20 percent undecided.
