Boy, 14, Sexually Abused In Near North Side Parking Garage
(CBS/STMW) -- Police are searching for a man who sexually abused a 14-year-old boy was in a Near North Side parking garage Monday evening.
A man approached the teen about 5:35 p.m. in the 100 block of West Chestnut and started talking with him, Area Central detectives said in a community alert.
He then lured the teen into the stairwell of a parking garage and sexually abused the boy, police said. The victim ran away and notified police.

Authorities describe the suspect as a black man in his early 20s, about 5-foot-4 and 150 pounds, police said. He has a horizontal scar across his nose and has a goatee.
The man was last seen wearing a red hat, a red shirt, a red zip-up hoodie and blue jeans, police said.

"I was just grabbing something to eat on my way back when I heard about this," said Steve Gasparis, who lives in the area. "Yeah, it's shocking."
