Car Crashes Into Skokie 7-Eleven, Two Suffer Minor Injuries
(CBS) -- A car crashed through the front of a Skokie 7-Eleven Sunday afternoon, injuring two people, police said.
The accident happened at the 7-Eleven in the 3400 block of Church Street. Skokie police say two people suffered minor injuries and were transported to an area hospital. Police say that it appears the driver accelerated suddenly while trying to park.
Police say alcohol and drugs do not appear to be a factor in the crash.
