Three Wounded In Shooting In Auburn Gresham

(CBS) -- Three people were wounded in a shooting in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood Sunday afternoon.

According to Chicago police, two men and one woman were wounded after an offender opened fire from a sedan at 3:10 p.m. in the 1800 block of 79th Street.

A 23-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman were both taken to Christ Medical Center in critical. Police said the man was wounded in the head and the woman was wounded in the neck.

A 29-year-old man suffered a graze wound to his shoulder and refused medical attention. police said.

Police say the offender fled the scene of the shooting and no arrests have been made.
