CHICAGO (CBS) -- LeBron James, you are ridiculous!

Following Saturday's practice in Boston, a shirtless James threw a basketball effortlessly like an NFL quarterback.

Full court.

90 plus feet.

Nothing but net.

The Vine video above was shot by James' personal trainer, Mike Mancias.

Cleveland plays Boston in Game 4 of the first round of NBA playoffs on Sunday.

The Cavs lead their series 3-0.
