Report: Jimmy Butler To Be Named NBA's Most Improved Player
(CBS) -- Chicago Bulls All-Star wing Jimmy Butler will be named the NBA's Most Improved Player on Thursday, the Chicago Tribune reports.
Butler averaged 20.0 points a game this season, up from 13.1 points per game last year. He added 5.8 rebounds and 3.3 assists per game.
Butler was also named a reserve on the Eastern Conference All-Star team as well, the first such honor of his career.
