Watch: Kris Bryant Shows Off His Downtown Chicago Apartment

(CBS) Cubs rookie third baseman Kris Bryant has quickly settled into his new home.

On the baseball field, Bryant is hitting .291 with four homers, 24 RBIs and a .426 on-base percentage in 29 games as he's helped the Cubs to a 21-16 start.

Off the field, Bryant has made a snazzy downtown Chicago apartment his new home, which he recently showed off in a Coldwell Banker video that was posted to YouTube.

Bryant's place is already well decorated, as he has a base from his major league debut displayed on his coffee table and already has his first two career home run balls showcased by a TV.

"This is kind of like my safe zone to get away from the outside world," Bryant said.
