Joakim Noah Puts 7-Bedroom Lincoln Park Mansion On Market

(CBS) Bulls big man Joakim Noah is selling his seven-bedroom Lincoln Park mansion, listing it for $3.15 million just one year after he purchased it, the Tribune reported.

The mansion is 7,000 square feet, and Noah bought it in July 2014 for $2.85 million, according to the Tribune. It includes 5.5 bathrooms and four fireplaces among other features.

The listing agent told the Tribune that Noah had a desire to be closer to work. The Bulls play and practice on the city's Near West Side.

Noah, 30, has one year left on his deal with the Bulls. Battling knee injuries in 2014-'15, he averaged 7.2 points and 9.6 rebounds.
