Police Searching For Two Suspects In Pipe Wrench Attack At Downtown 7-11

(CBS) -- Chicago Police are looking to identify two suspects in an assault at a downtown 7-11 last May.

Police say the victim confronted a female suspect who was seen leaving the 7-11 in the 100 block of North Michigan Ave. around 9:30 p.m. on May 26. After confronting the suspect, police say the male suspect hit the victim with a pipe wrench several times and both the male and female fled.

The female suspect is approximately 5'03" tall and the male suspect approximately 5'10" tall. Anyone with information is asked to contact Area Central Detectives (312) 747-8380.
