Suspect Captured Following Red Line Attacks
(CBS) -- A man responsible for a pair of vicious attacks on CTA Red Line passengers has been caught, authorities say.
Parolee Demon Robinson knocked down, beat, and robbed two people this week in the Loop, police say.
Both attacks happened at the Red Line station on State, between Jackson and Monroe.
One victim, a man suffered a broken jaw. The other victim, a woman, was knocked unconscious, police say.
Robinson was charged with one count of robbery, one count of attempted robbery and two counts of aggravated battery, police said.
