Chicago Air & Water Show To Feature The Breitling Jet Team's First Appearance In The U.S.

CHICAGO (CBS) -- The Chicago Air & Water Show is doubling down on dazzling jets this year, not only featuring the Blue Angels, but a also the Breitling Jet Team in their U.S. debut.

Taking place August 15th and 16th, the best view of the Breitling Jet Team will be from North Avenue Beach, where about 2 million people gather for the Chicago Air & Water Show every year. You can also stream a live webcast of the Air & Water Show here.

The Breitling Jet Team is based in Dijon, France. Flying L-39 C Albatros jets, the pilots can reach speeds of up to 565 mph. They also happen to be the world's largest pro civilian flight team.

The team will also be making an appearance on Thursday, August 13th at Razny Jewelers (1501 W. Lake Street in Addison, Illinois) from 6:00 – 8:00pm.
