Man Robs Bank In Uptown
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man with prominent tattoos on his arm robbed a bank in the North Side Uptown neighborhood Wednesday morning.
The robbery took place about 10:56 a.m. at the PNC Bank branch at 4400 N. Broadway, according to the FBI. The suspect entered the bank, gave the teller a note demanding money, and fled when the teller complied, according to Chicago Police.
No weapon was shown during the robbery, according to police.
The robber was described as a white man in his 40s, about 5-foot-11 to 6-foot-1 and 200 pounds with blond hair, wearing a gray t-shirt with tattoos on his arms.
