By The Numbers: Comparing Jake Arrieta, Zack Greinke, Clayton Kershaw

(CBS) Cubs right-hander Jake Arrieta continued his run of dominance Tuesday night, firing a three-hit shutout in a 4-0 win against the Brewers at Wrigley Field. That gave Arrieta 20 wins, the first Cubs pitcher to accomplish the feat since Jon Lieber in 2001. It also dropped Arrieta's ERA since the All-Star break to a miniscule 0.86, which would set a major league record for best second-half ERA ever for a player with at least 13 starts in that stretch.

Arrieta's in a three-horse race for the National League Cy Young award along with Dodgers right-hander Zack Greinke and Dodgers left-hander Clayton Kershaw. Here's a look at how their numbers break down, with all stat rankings for how they sit in the NL.
