Man Charged With Sexually Abusing Woman At Fullerton CTA Station

(CBS) -- A Bridgeport man has been charged with sexual abuse on at the CTA's Fullerton station, reports WBBM's Mariam Sobh.

At around 3:40 a.m. Friday morning, police say Xavier Rodriguez sexually abused a 22-year-old woman at the station in the 900 block of West Fullerton.

Police say Rodriguez grabbed the woman from behind and when she screamed for help, he fled the scene. The woman refused medical treatment.

Rodriguez was charged with criminal sexual abuse.
