Dice Game Turns Deadly: Police
(STMW) -- One man was killed and another wounded during a robbery at a dice game in the Austin neighborhood Thursday night, police said.
The men, both 36, were outside in the 5800 block of West Chicago when at least two other people walked up and started shooting, according to Chicago Police.
Someone drove them to West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park, where one of the men died of a gunshot wound to the chest, police said.
The other man was shot in the chest and arm, and his condition was stabilized, police said.
The Cook County medical examiner's office did not immediately confirm the fatality.
