Watch: Kyle Schwarber Performed In Show Choir While In High School

(CBS) Cubs rookie slugger Kyle Schwarber's becoming a national sensation of late after hitting a prodigious homer in Tuesday's NLDS-clinching victory against the Cardinals that landed and then came to rest on top of the right-field video board at Wrigley Field.

So naturally, more on Schwarber's past is surfacing. And that past includes Schwarber participating in show choir while he was at Middletown High School in Ohio. The show choir was named Purple Pizzazz.

YouTube video showcasing Schwarber in the show choir has surfaced, and it just goes to show: Schwarber's a diversified man of many talents.
