Lake Shore Drive Overnight Closures Postponed Due To Weather
(CBS) -- Construction work scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday nights on Lake Shore Drive at the Oak Street s-curve has been postponed due to the forecast inclement weather, the Chicago Department of Transportation announced Wednesday afternoon.
The work would have resulted in the full overnight closures of the southbound lanes of Lake Shore Drive from Oak Street to Randolph. Instead, the work will be completed this Sunday and Monday night.
