Tailgate Tots

Ingredients:
1 bag of frozen tots
1 lb ground beef
1 pack of taco seasoning
1 cup sharp shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
1/2 cup hot sauce
1 stick butter
10 stalks green chives
2 stalks of celery
1 small can of chopped green chilies

Directions:
1. In the skillet, cook up the beef and add the can of chilies along with taco seasoning.
2. Set aside.
3. Throw in the bag of Tots into the skillet and cook until crispy. In a bowl melt butter and add the 1/2 cup hot sauce. Stir.
4. Dice or scissor cut chives on a plate. When the tots are cooked, top them with beef, then buffalo sauce, celery, cheeses and chives.
5. Put the lid back on the grill until cheese is melted. Serve with blue cheese or ranch dipping cups.
Makes 6 servings.
