CHICAGO (CBS) -- Gov. Bruce Rauner made it clear today that when it comes to education funding, Chicago isn't going to get any favorable treatment from the state.
"There are folks in Chicago who want to say that 'Chicago is different, Chicago is special, the governor told reporters. We should be treated differently.' No! Chicago doesn't get to dictate terms."
