VIDEO: 106-Year-Old Visits White House, Dances With The President
Virginia McLaurin's got some moves. Impressive, considering she's 106-years-young.
Upon fulfilling her dream of visiting the White House, McLaurin got to meet President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama.
She showed her excitement through dance, grasping the President's hands and bobbing back and forth.
"I wanna be like you when I grow up," Michelle Obama said, smiling when she met McLaurin.
For decades, McLaurin has volunteered in the D.C. area. When a friend contacted the White House to tell them about McLaurin's devotion to causes similar to the President's -- like early childhood education -- her upcoming visit was upgraded to a meet and greet with the President of the United States of America himself.
"I tell you," she told the Obamas. "I am so happy."
If the video above is any indication, the feeling was mutual.
