One Wounded In Roseland Shooting

CHICAGO (STMW) -- A shooting in the Roseland neighborhood on the Far South Side left a woman wounded Wednesday night.

The 19-year-old woman was exiting a vehicle in the 11000 block of South Normal around 9:50 p.m. when someone across the street fired shots, hitting her in the back, police said.

She was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where her condition stabilized, police said.
