Vigil Held In Millennium Park For Victims Of Brussels Terror Attacks
CHICAGO (CBS) -- About 100 people participated in a brief vigil in Millennium Park for those killed and injured in last week's attacks in Brussels.
Honorary Consul-General Paul van Halteren said the rest of the world must unite if it wishes to prevail over ISIS.
Former Belgium-American Club president Arnold van Duymbroeck said that he fears that Europe's open borders leave no one safe.
"How are they going to stop these terrorists from doing it again?" he asked. I have no answer for that."

Karel Sergellos is a Belgian government worker here. He says Belgium's Muslims live largely apart from other Belgians, and don't have a strong national identity. He said Belgium must do more to embrace its Muslim population and integrate it into everyday Belgian society.
Lithuania's Consul-General, Marijus Gudynas, appeared wrapped in the Lithuanian flag and said no European city will be safe without an integrated, unified effort to track and detain would-be terrorists before they can strike.
