Durkin: 2016 NFL Mock Draft 1.0

By Dan Durkin--

(CBS) NFL free agent news has slowed down to a trickle. The deadline to sign restricted free agents is April 22, which may prompt a few deals for teams that missed out on need positions early on in free agency.

However, with the draft just a little more than three weeks away, teams are putting together their draft boards.

Here's my first attempt to project intersection points between team needs and the best available prospects in the first round.

Obviously, there will be trades on draft night. However, there are none in this particular first-round projection. Let's take a look at mock draft 1.0.
