White Sox Reinstate Adam Eaton From Paternity List

(CBS) White Sox right fielder Adam Eaton has been reinstated from the paternity list ahead of Monday's game at the Twins.

Eaton was put on the paternity list a day earlier, but he didn't miss Sunday's game because the White Sox-Indians matchup was postponed due to rain. Eaton did sit out Saturday, the day his first child, Brayden, was born.

Eaton's hitting .450 in five games this season. He became the first White Sox player since Nellie Fox in 1955 to open the season with four consecutive multi-hit games.

In a corresponding move, the White Sox sent right-hander Michael Ynoa to Double-A Birmingham.
