670 The Score Crew Presents Its NFL Mock Drafts

(CBS) Just as the perfect bracket never comes to fruition in March Madness, the perfect NFL mock draft doesn't exist.

That will never stop us from prognosticating, though.

Below is our compilation of 670 The Score mock drafts, projecting who each team will take in the first round. We pulled the Bears' selections out as well.

Bears' selections

Dan Durkin: Vernon Hargreaves, CB (Florida)
The Bears need more playmakers on defense who can impact opponents' passing games. Hargreaves thieved 10 passes in three years at Florida, and despite his height, he's one of the most complete cornerbacks in this draft.

Chris Emma: Ezekiel Elliott, RB (Ohio State)
Bears coach John Fox likes to have a stable of versatility in his backfields. Elliott can do it all, and he's the rare running back well worth taking early in the draft.

Greg Gabriel: DeForest Buckner, DE (Oregon)
If no one trades up to get Buckner, the Bears will jump on him. He's a difference-maker.

Rick Camp: Williams Jackson III, CB (Houston)
The Bears will get the shutdown cornerback that they need, and Jackson will give defensive coordinator Vic Fangio more freedom in his play-calling.

Jason Bernstein: Vonn Bell, S (Ohio State)
Bell might be a little bit of a reach here, but I think it's worth it. At 5-foot-11, he's a little short but has great ball skills. The Bears already have a young safety in Adrian Amos, but Antrel Rolle's injury-prone and underperformed in 2015. Bell will play free safety, while Amos can play strong safety, so it works out in that regard. Bell's consistently solid and has above-average speed for a safety. The Bears can trade down and draft him too as well to acquire a few more picks.
