Man Fatally Shot At Kitchen Table Inside Archer Heights Home
(CBS) -- A 58-year-old man was shot and killed at his kitchen table inside a home in the Archer Heights neighborhood Saturday night.
The shooting happened around 8 p.m. Saturday in the 5200 block of South Kolin.
A bullet fired from outside ripped through the front door and struck the man in the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Cook County medical examiner has identified him as Andres Rivera.
Police are investigating.
