Bears Sign OL Amini Silatolu, Waive QB Dalyn Williams

(CBS) The Bears have signed offensive lineman Amini Silatola and waived quarterback Dalyn Williams, they announced Wednesday afternoon.

Silatolu has spent the past four seasons with the Panthers, for whom he appeared in 34 games while making 28 starts across that span. He earned all-rookie honors in 2012 after being chosen in the second round out of Midwestern State.

Williams joined Chicago for its rookie minicamp on a tryout basis before signing with the Bears in June.
