The most recent incident happened about 3:30 p.m. July 14, according to a community alert from Chicago Police. A 17-year-old girl was walking in the 6100 block of West Waveland when a man ran up behind her and touched her chest and buttocks. He then ran east on Waveland.

Earlier in the month, a 35-year-old woman said she was walking about 3:20 p.m. in the 5200 block of North Laramie when a man approached and tried to talk to her, police said. The man then struck her buttocks with his hand and exposed himself. He ran north on Laramie.

The first reported incident happened about 10 p.m. in the 5300 block of North Elston, police said. A 43-year-old woman said a man walked up to her vehicle and began talking to her. As she got inside her vehicle, the man reached inside and touched her chest and genital area over her clothing. She pushed him away and he ran off.
