Police Seek Help Identifying Body Found Near Metra Tracks In 2005

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Chicago Police are trying to see if anyone can help identify the remains of a young woman found 11 years ago near 130th and Indiana.

The forensic sketch shows a woman somewhere between the ages of 13 and 18.

The sketch is based on facial reconstruction of remains found in April of 2005 near the Metra tracks around 130th and Indiana, not far from the Little Calumet River.

The medical examiner says the young woman had been strangled.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children says when the remains were found - 11 years ago - she had already been dead for several years.

She was believed to be Caucasian - and possibly part Asian.
