(CBS) -- Once again, a racial slur has been broadcast on the Chicago police radio system.
The police radio communication was interrupted by a man, who began by saying, "Don't you remember me?"
The man then made racially offensive remark about shooting African Americans, using a racial slur.
A Chicago Police Department spokesperson says police and the Chicago Office of Emergency Management and Communications are investigating.
In March, racial slurs were broadcast on the police radio at least four times in less than two weeks.
