CHICAGO (CBS) -- Making it one of the most expensive properties currently in the Chicago market, a sweeping penthouse high atop Trump Tower just listed for $12.7 million.

The half-floor, 6,900-square foot unit on the 87th floor offers stunning views of the Chicago skyline and Lake Michigan.

The space includes four bedrooms and 4.5 baths and 16-foot ceilings. Plus a massive walk-in closet and top of the line kitchen appliances.

Oh, and five garage spaces for all of those fancy rides.

The listing was initally reported by Curbed Chicago.

The full-floor penthouse at the very top of Trump Tower (89th floor), sold in 2014 for $17 million in cash. That space was unfinished, and the buyer expected to spend another $15 million.
