Old Chicago Cubs World Series Tickets Selling On E-Bay For $64,000
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Chicago Cubs fans looking for a bit of World Series nostalgia can head on over to E-Bay.
The auction site is offering ticket stubs from both the 1907 and 1908 World Series.
The tickets are from Game 1 of the 1907 series -- won by the Cubs over the Tigers -- and Game 3 of the 1908 series, the last time the North Siders won the world championship.
The seller is asking $64,000, or a Porsche, according to the site listing.
The 1907 ticket came from an estate in Michigan, according to the seller.
The 1908 ticket, according to the seller, was originally purchased for $1 by a woman in Oklahoma.
