Pennsylvania Police Seek Help Identifying Assault Suspect Caught On Tape

ARNOLD, Pa. (CBS) -- Arnold Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man caught on camera assaulting a child.

The incident happened Tuesday around noon in the parking lot of Hell Razors motorcycle shop, located in Arnold, within the Pittsburgh metropolitan area.

A man inside the business heard screaming, CBS Pittsburgh reports.

"I start to hear these screams," said Chad Razor, a witness to the incident. "And, I realize these curdling screams are either from a woman or someone getting really hurt. That's when I see the boy, and I realize it was a child. As I see it, I scream. He strikes the boy in the face, knocking the boy to the ground."

Security cameras from the nearby Stop 'n Go recorded the assault. As Razor ran to break it up, the man and the boy fled.

Arnold Police are now looking for the man. They're checking with area schools to see if they can find the boy, who could be as young as 7-years-old.
