At Least The First 5 Games Of NLCS Will Be In Primetime

(CBS) The first five games of the National League Championship Series that the Cubs have advanced to will be in primetime.

Each of the first five games will start at 7:08 p.m. CT. On the days when both the ALCS and NLCS are being conducted, the Blue Jays-Indians will start in the afternoon.

Start times for the final two games of the NLCS, if necessary, haven't been announced.

The Cubs will face either the Dodgers or Nationals in the NLCS. They play Game 5 on Thursday night in Washington.

All NLCS games will be shown on Fox Sports 1. Pregame coverage on 670 The Score will be extended, starting at 5 p.m. each night.

Here's a look at the schedule:

Game 1: Dodgers/Nationals at Cubs, Saturday, Oct. 15, 7:08 p.m.
Game 2: Dodgers/Nationals at Cubs, Sunday, Oct. 16, 7:08 p.m.
Game 3: Cubs at Dodgers/Nationals, Tuesday, Oct. 18, 7:08 p.m.
Game 4: Cubs at Dodgers/Nationals, Wednesday, Oct. 19, 7:08 p.m.
Game 5: Cubs at Dodgers/Nationals, Thursday, Oct. 20, 7:08 p.m.*
Game 6: Dodgers/Nationals at Cubs, Saturday, Oct. 22, time TBA*
Game 7: Dodgers/Nationals at Cubs, Sunday, Oct. 23, time TBA*
