Bears' Cutler, Floyd Out Again; Jeffery, Royal, Miller Active

CHICAGO (CBS) -- For the fourth straight Sunday, the Bears on Sunday will be led at quarterback by Brian Hoyer.

Quarterback Jay Cutler is out again as he continues to recover from a thumb sprain. It will be Hoyer starting at quarterback, with a healthy complement of targets at his disposal. Alshon Jeffery, Eddie Royal and Zach Miller are all healthy and active the Bears (1-4) host the Jaguars (1-3).

Rookie outside linebacker Leonard Floyd will miss his second straight game due to a calf injury.

The Bears' inactives also include Eddie Goldman, Deiondre' Hall, DeAndre Houston-Carson, Eric Kush and Jeremy Langford.

Kickoff between the Bears and Jaguars comes at noon from Soldier Field.
