David Ross At Catcher, Addison Russell To Bat 7th For Cubs In Game 5

(CBS) The Cubs are staying with what worked in a crucial Game 4 win in the National League Championship Series.

Manager Joe Maddon has only made a couple minor tweaks to his Game 5 lineup for Thursday night, inserting veteran David Ross to catch for left-hander Jon Lester like he usually does. Shortstop Addison Russell will also bat seventh, up one spot from Wednesday night, when he busted out of a 1-of-25 rut with three hits, including a homer, in the Cubs' 10-2 win against the Dodgers that evened the NLCS, 2-2.

Jason Heyward will remain in right field and hit sixth.

They'll face Dodgers right-hander Kenta Maeda, who allowed three runs in four innings in taking a no-decision in the series opener. First pitch is at 7:08 p.m. and can be heard on 670 The Score.

Here's a look at the Cubs' lineup:

Dexter Fowler, CF
Kris Bryant, 3B
