Three Shot In West Garfield Park
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Three people were shot Tuesday morning outside a convenience store in the West Garfield Park neighborhood.
Police said the victims were standing on the corner of Kostner Avenue and Monroe Street, near Kostner Food Basket & Deli, when a silver vehicle with custom rims drove past and someone fired shots around 9:15 a.m.
An 18-year-old man was shot in the foot and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition. A 21-year-old man was shot in the upper right leg and was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition. A 58-year-old man was shot in the right foot and was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition.
No one was in custody Tuesday morning. Area North detectives were investigating.
