Bulls' Jimmy Butler Named Eastern Conference Player Of The Week

(CBS) Bulls wing Jimmy Butler has been named the Eastern Conference Player of the Week.

In leading the Bulls to a 3-0 mark last week, Butler averaged 38.0 points, 9.3 rebounds and 6.3 assists. That included a 52-point performance in a 118-111 win against the Hornets in which Butler was one shy of his career-high scoring mark.

Butler also had a big fourth quarter to lead Chicago to a victory at Cleveland, then scored 42 points in a comeback win Saturday against Toronto.
