Blackhawks Sign Erik Gustafsson To 1-Year Deal

(CBS) The Blackhawks have signed defenseman Erik Gustafsson to a one-year deal, they announced Friday.

The 25-year-old Gustafsson didn't appear in an NHL game in 2016-'17. He had 30 points, including 25 assists, in 68 games with the AHL Rockford Icehogs.

Gustafsson had 14 assists in 41 games for the Blackhawks in 2015-'16.
