Austin Jackson: Baseball Catch Of The Year?

(CBS) Former Cubs and White Sox outfielder Austin Jackson, now with the Cleveland Indians, may have pulled off the most acrobatic catch of the MLB season in Boston on Tuesday night.

Jackson ran to the center-field wall, leaped and flipped over as he robbed the Red Sox's Hanley Ramirez of a solo home run -- all the while keeping his other hand anchored on the wall's edge.

He made a perfect landing in the bullpen. Ramirez, not surprisingly, was stunned by the play.
