Police Search For Missing Inmate, Accidentally Set Free
CHICAGO (CBS) - Police are searching for a Cook County Jail inmate who was accidentally let go.
31-year-old Shane Sleeper had been behind bars since February. He is accused of making threats to gay clubs in Lakeview.
Police say he was accidentally set free yesterday after some confusion in court surrounding the charges against him.
The Cook County Sheriff's Office is working with Chicago Police to bring him back to jail.
